
This is great toasted the next day or even throw on some cherry danish filling, butter or cream.

Start by melting the butter in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time until it is liquefied then set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 170°C prepare a loaf pan but greasing and flouring.
Mix all the dry ingredients with a whisk to break up the chunks of sugar.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork then stir in the juicer pulp or apple sauce, eggs and melted butter.
Gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients taking care not to over mix or your loaf will be flat.
Pour into the pan and bake for about 1 hour or once its a gorgeous golden brown colour. You could also use the skewer test to see if it is cooked all the way through.
Cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing.
